The Liturgy of the Hours is the prayer of the Church to Christ and with Christ, and it includes the Office of Readings, Morning Prayer (Lauds), Daytime Prayer (Terce, Sext, and None), Evening Prayer (Vespers), and Night Prayer (Compline).
